Dr. Dan Taylor

"Violence prevention starts in utero.

Stressed mothers can pass on some stress to their baby through epigenetics. I see strengthening mental and physical health as antiviolence, because the more resilient they are, the more they are able to learn and work on social and emotional health, the more likely they are to be able to self-regulate and resolve conflict in a nonviolent way."
